This is the model that made us famous. Our Sunlake 200 Series come standard with 2" x 6" floor joist construction. The roof is built with certified trusses 16" on center. Our homes are wrapped in 3/8" O.S.B. for structural solidity and long term value.

Model 234 is shown here, with its optional overhangs and architectural shingles. You simply can’t find a better looking home for the money!

Mountaineer Model 404 - Buy Direct from the factory!

We can add a porch to any of our models. Large or small, screened or open ... a porch can add a lot of livng space to any plan!

Looking for a rustic cabin for the mountains, lake or beach? Our Mountaineer 400 Series models are the solution. These rustic charmers have all the comforts of home and are perfect as guest quarters or a woodsy getaway. Ideal for hunt and fish clubs!

Metal roofs and cedar lap siding are the standard, but you may choose other materials. Split log siding looks especially good! We offer models as small as 12' x 16' or as large as 12' x 34'.

If the Mountaineer look appeals to you, and you don't find the perfect plan, we can give any of our other models the rustic "Mountaineer" look too.

Our "economy" series is still packed with valuable features!
