Dealer prices are higher than our factory direct prices. And rightly so. Dealers add valuable SERVICES that are not provided by the factory. They incur the overhead costs associated with maintaining a lot for displaying and storing models for your shopping convenience. And they handle the setup and warranty work as well. Some dealers are also able to accept trade ins and handle your financing for you.

Still, there are advantages to ordering directly from the factory.

About Factory Direct Sales:

The major advantage is that you are likely to save THOUSANDS of dollars! If you are not a Georgia resident, you may not be required to pay sales taxes if you make your purchase through the Internet. (Check your home state's regulations). Eliminating the sales tax alone could save you well over a thousand dollars.

Use the sales tax savings to offset the freight charges incurred in transporting your park model home to its destination. You may choose a mobile home transport service local to your area or we can arrange to have your home delivered for you if you prefer. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our factory direct prices.

The disadvantages are that, if you are not located in Georgia or one of the bordering states, you may have to arrange for a local mobile home dealer (or other service provider) to set up your park model for you. You can save money if you find an individual who works in the industry that will handle your setup "on the side" (just make a few phone calls to mobile home dealers in your area or check your yellow pages). Of course, if you are capable of doing your own setup, you can save even more. Warranty work may have to be performed by a local service if your park model is located outside our area of service.
